Running Coaching with Purpose

I’m a certified UESCA running coach and multi-race endurance athlete. I help adult runners, especially neurodivergent athletes, train with structure, build confidence, and reach their goals without burnout. My approach is data-informed, flexible, and grounded in real-life experience.

Whether you’re preparing for your first 5K or chasing a personal best in a half marathon, I’ll help you build strength, speed, and endurance, with a plan that works with your mind and your lifestyle, not against it. Since I’m also ICF certified (International Coaching Federation) and hold a professional diploma in Coaching from Kingstown College, I believe I am uniquely positioned as a coach to help you achieve your goals.

Over the past few years, I’ve raced extensively across the world, including multiple half-marathons, marathons, and triathlons.

Coaching Neurodivergent Runners : As a neurodivergent athlete myself, I understand the challenges that can come with staying consistent, especially when dealing with executive dysfunction, sensory overload, or procrastination. My coaching style is structured but flexible, designed to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it. I’ll help you build sustainable routines, reduce decision fatigue, and create momentum, even on the days when motivation is nowhere to be found. Whether you’re training for a race or just trying to stay active without burning out, we’ll work together to find a rhythm that actually works for you.
